Unified Martial Arts Academy offers the highest quality training for kids and adults in Karate, Ju-jitsu, weapon arts, and fitness kickboxing.
All classes are taught under the direction of owner and founder of the dojo, Sensei Cory Albert. Sensei Albert has over 29 years of training and has been running his school for the past 19 years. Sensei Albert has his black belt in Chinese Kempo Karate, which also included training in Ju-jitsu (grappling) and Kali (Filipino stick, knife, and empty-hand art). In 1998, he began his study of Japanese swordsmanship in Shinkage-Ryu. He instructs his brown and black belts at the dojo in this art. Sensei Albert has also traveled to Japan several times to study Zen and Zazen (meditation) at the Jotoku-ji Zen temple in Kameoka, Japan. He now has a beautiful family and uses his training daily to chase after 2 little ones jumping and crawling all over the house.

When looking for martial arts training, take the time to observe classes at several schools and compare. Although it may be convenient to choose the one closest to you, a good school is worth the drive. You'll know a good school if it is a dojo first and a business second. Unified Martial Arts Academy promises no contracts and no belt testing fees.
It's all about the training.
