If you're looking for a great martial arts workout without the formal aspects of the belts and uniforms, then kickboxing is for you. Get a great workout while learning self-defense skills, improve balance, flexibility, strength, and focus!


Along with blasting the targets, class includes a variety of conditioning exercises and circuit-training stations for strength, toning, and weight loss.
You will not get bored with this workout!

Fitness kickboxing is fun, easy to follow along, and you go at your own pace.
